The best was the pizza. We had Britt’s Margarita pizza and it was right on. They make the Mozzetta cheese for it fresh every day. The tomato sauce tastes fresh and light and the crust, I do love the crust, was crisp with just the right amount of chew and full flavored. The pizza is cooked in a coal-fired hearth oven at over 650 degree F and is probably the best on the beach.
